 Associate cricketers face a different kind of pressure when it comes to their International fixtures. Each match they play have massive consequences, whether it be not making a World Cup, Funding for that country the next year, loss of Cricket contracts, loss ofODI status and much more.

Paul and Gerhard know this all too well. Both share experiences of when the weight of those consequences have become very intense… on top of the pressure that is already there trying to perform.
